The students need to be enrolled by registering as a participnat first and then into events. The final regisration will be at spot at AIIMS Bhubaneswar following which the student will be issued  an Event ID Card. The participant also has to furnish the necessary documents as mentioned in the registration details.

The participants will be alloted rooms and bedding, and are expected to be well behaved at all times in the premises and outside of it. any damgae to any property or material provided will be strictly dealt with and will lead to forfeiture of refund amount.

The participants must abstain from activities and behaviour unbecoming of a medical student. Any misdemeanor and/or misbehaviour will be severely dealt with as mentioned in the undertaking.

Any plagiarism, cheating or unfair means and methods will draw strict penalties on part of the participant.

The decision of the Organizing Committee is final and binding on all participants. Any dsiputes will be solved by means of proper mediation.

Acts of hooliganism, eve teasing, severe misadventure and disruption of law and order situation will be dealt as per the legal stauete existing at that period.

No liquor, smoking and contraband products will be allowed in the premises. Any such substance found in the presence or being used by a particpant will be severely and seriously dealt with.

Any mishap or accident occuring to the participant outside the premises willl be the sole responsibility of the participant. Also any unforseen events taking place in the premises will not be the responsibility of the organizng committee.

The participants are to be expected to be in their best behaviour, in terms aof action, behaviour and use of language. Excitement and euphoria is allowed but not public misbehaviour and lack of general awareness and responsibility.

The undertaking document with the photograph and photocopy of the ID Card has to be duly submitted by the participant for successful registration.

The college as whole must try to be well behaved and refrain from any anti social activities as well as not aid and abet anyone or group of individaul who does so.
