It is the online registraion for the event. After completion of this registration you can proceed to register for the events. Only after registering here you will be elligible to be registered on spot at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, which is required for the formal entry of the participant into the event.

The students interested to partcipate have to first register at the Participation Registration.

"Click Here" to enter your partcipant's details. After completion you can proceed to register for various events. However go through the entire text before registering.

In the "Events Info" section you can find the various events you can register for.

Some events are individual event and some events are group events. For individual event, the participant can register for self. For group events a particualr member can register the whole team. (However all individual members of the group have to individually undergo Participants' Registration.)

During registration the particpant has to mail one passport size coloured photograph and a scanned copy of the College Id Card to register.interaiims@gmail.com with subject "Registration" and your Name, College Name, Batch and Roll No. in the body of the email. Also you have to bring three passport size photograph as well as a photocopy of the College ID Card during spot registration at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

If mailing is not possible than bring an additional copy of each for spot registration and inform the same as a mail to register.interaiims@gmail.com with subject "Registration : Can't Mail Details" and your Name, College Name, Batch and Roll No. in the body of the email .

Failure to either mail the detials or informing of the failure of mailing will lead to the cancellation of the participation.

Along with the aforementioned documents you have to bring a filled-in completed undertaking from and the requisite registration amount. Also you have to positively bring three passport size photograph as well as a photocopy of the College ID Card during spot registration (and the Original College ID for verification).
